Phyllis Bergmans
Phyllis started her career with State Farm Insurance, spending 18 years in various positions including adjusting claims, appraising cars, claim training and ultimately a management role. Striking out on her own, Phyllis has become an Accident Benefits consultant, working with many personal injury law firms and helping their clients access their first party benefits. Phyllis also provides training sessions for all stakeholders in our industry in an attempt to ensure those who are helping accident victims have the best tools and resources necessary to assist clients with their recovery.
Phyllis was honoured to receive the 2023 Paralegal of the Year Award from the CCLA (Carleton County Law Association).
